The STPC is a subset of the MC (Core Group) that steers the Action on behalf of the MC and reports to the MC. It oversees STSMs, triggers planning of meetings, and evaluates the Actions achievements. It consists of the Action Chair and Vice-chair, the STSM Manager, and the Chairs and Vice-chairs of the three Working Groups.
